We offer standard shipping for all orders within India. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

We dispatch most orders placed before 12 noon on the same day and orders placed after 12 are dispatched the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances). Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  1. Delivery Time:

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and the destination. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

  1. Packaging and Handling:

We take utmost care in packaging and handling your skincare products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Fragile items are securely wrapped to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

  1. Lost or Delayed Shipments:

In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, please reach out to our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

  1. Holidays and Weekends:

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may also be affected by public holidays and carrier-specific holiday schedules.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.



Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and for return and exchange, check the “Return & Refund Policy”.
