Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges: We accept exchanges under these conditions only  

Your pleasant shopping experience with us is our prime goal. You can get the product exchanged under following circumstances:

  1. Received damaged product
  2. Received different product than what was ordered
  3. Received product of expiry date
  4. Received product with broken packaging

Returns & Refunds are not Accepted in any condition. Refund & Return not possible in any case. 

You are required to write an email to us at info@fsascares.com about the grievance soon after the delivery or within 2 days. The product will be exchanged within 3-5 days of the delivery. Exchange would only be initiated after physically seeing the product and its condition. In case of damage or wrong product received, we would require you to also send us the images in the email attached.

Please note that the product can only be exchanged if it is in the proper condition of saleable. No original packaging, receipt, or any other tag of the product should be removed or damaged if you request it to be exchanged. However, we are not responsible for the return or exchange of products which are damaged after delivery. If you opened the product and used it for even once, we are not liable to either accept the exchange the product.

Also, the proper check and examination of the delivered product would be done by the team FSAS Cares before accepting your exchange requests.
